In March 2018, ! visited a local secondary school for what was billed as a Year 7 Maths Mastery Showcase, hosted by
the London SW Maths Hub. Roughly 20 people attended, mostly secondary school
maths teachers, I imagine. It was difficult to gauge the general reaction to the event - the only outright critic was me.
